I have another batch of carbon back plates available.
These are made of high temperature epoxy cured at 350 deg F and 150 psi. Precision milled bolt and hub pattern fits the Hartzell compact hub. $275

Light Weight Carbon Spinners also available. $250

Last one was an unfortunate bird strike.

I saw these today in person, they are beautifully made!

To answer a few questions globally.....

Despite being a somewhat older post, these parts are still available. I try to always keep backplates on hand to quickly cover folks that discover cracks in their original aluminum version.

And for those that like the carbon look, the spinner does not need to be painted.

I bought one back plate and a carbon spinner from Chris last year for my 360. They are truly the highest quality products. Installed easy and they look amazing.

My AL backplate has cracked over the years, I've stop-drilled which bought be more time but finally put one of Chris's Carbon backplates on last year and it is solved for good. Fantastic workmanship on the part... wish this had been the backplate available years ago when I built.
