360 mkII For sale

My 360 is so close to finished!! Needs avionics and airworthyness.
Engine is angle valve io-360 with 1800 hrs. 3 blade MT PROP just rebuilt 0 hrs. Test ran the motor and a rock must have been kicked up and hit the new prop. Now needs a new blade I think.

i had a simliar gash on my prop except mine was due to a negligent FBO worker and a tow bar

anyways, fixed for under $900....i say you fix the prop and get a garmin G5 installed and get that thing airborne!

Lancair kit 364, serial # 855-320-696,was delivered in April 1994,I am the 4th owner.
I have done the majority of the work.
Paint is Polly fill UV PRIMMER ,with single stage urethane topcoat.
Empty weight is 1162
Panel contains all system breakers and switches to operate the aircraft
And an iPad mount in panel.
Needs all avionics.
I'm selling because I'm burned out, would like to fly not just work on a plane
The prob need repair or replace. I had the prop completely overhauled for 4K
And about 5 min of run time the prop blade was destroyed.
Will consider trade for flying bush plane?

I wish I was nearby, I could do the panel for you especially if it was just the G5! The good news is there are lots of people recently looking for 360s joining this site. I hope it goes quickly. Good number of pictures, that really really helps. Any items included that would help a builder should be listed as well including parts not shown.

Don`t sweat the prop, it happens and is repairable.
