Aircraft is back up for sale after the initial buyers backed out. It is currently at RDD where the pre-buy/conditional was conducted. RDD is repairing a cylinder and attending to the anti-ice system while it is there. I will be bringing it back east in about a month unless someone out west is interested.

Let me guess some calls went like this..."you're plane is not worth that much because blah blah". They don't really want to buy it but felt the need to tell you your price was not right anyway.
There was a recent post on Beechtalk where an owner posted a new GNS430W unit for$8000. He was criticized by more than one person in reply to his ad for posting such a high price. They could have just passed without comment but felt the need to "tell" the person he was not in the right price range.
Good luck and possibly think about pricing at 299,000 just for optics. It does work.
