The IVP kit contains component inventory sheets, construction manuals, engineering drawings and invoices, basic air frame, less power plant, avionics, instruments, paint, and upholstery. Owners purchased a second set of bolts, screws and various construction parts. The wiring, plumbing and fuel system components are complete.
New builder will have to replace the Jeffco epoxy and hardener (used to bond the fuselage panels) that have well exceeded their shelf life and would not provide structurally sound assemblies. Rubber components will require inspection for serviceability before use but the kit has remained in a dry environment since delivery to Warrenton, VA in July 1999 so most, if not all, such components should be serviceable.
