Update: Plane now has an freshly overhauled engine and May conditional inspection. New price is $105k
During the conditional inspection the cases were leaking oil so a fresh Divco overhauled case was installed and the engine overhauled by Aerodyne.
I have put 10 hrs on the plane since the overhauled engine was installed.
Plane was built in 1996 and has 993TT now.
