Im in need of a pair of outback gear legs for my 360. I need several parts. PM, email, or call for a list. Im especially interested in the main legs (GM001-3L & GM001-3R) and an axle (GM030) because they are currently 8-12wk lead items from Lancair.

8-12 weeks is the standard time most machine shops quote for making parts from scratch if you supply them prints. I'll bet that is what is happening. Maybe we could talk them into making a group purchase and save set-up costs at their supplier. How much are they quoting for the complete kit?

The gear legs were $450 each. Trailing links from Zavatson are $250 each. Matco wheels and brakes are about $700. I should have just placed an order three weeks ago. I bought an incomplete set of gear from a kit that was never finished thinking it would save me time. I ended up with $2000 in parts I didn't need and the only parts I needed were not "outback" as advertised.

I have a set of 320/360 outback Matco wheels and brakes that I would happily part with, in case you haven´t found them elsewhere.
Very best regards

Snowline Mfg in Bend Or phone 541 617 1107 made all the welded parts for Lancair. I dont think Snowline does anything for Lancair now. i know they made my exhaust and my out back gear for my 360. It would be nice if they still had the fixtures to make them again. try calling them
