Yes, there are few units available. http://EngineBridge.com

Current online package is a full package which includes the LIDAR itself and will be specifically tested with each controller before shipping. Once I run out of LIDARs available, the unit will be made-to-order and I will either buy the LIDAR off the market or sell the controller less the price of LIDAR.

As much as Garmin really would like to help out, they couldn't waive the 100 minimum order quantity on me due to contracts with other distributors that have higher stock level.

Hey Nidal,

Update on the LHC after about 6 months of use: it is working flawlessly! I find that it adds the perfect amount of added comfort to a critical phase of flight. I find that I am never guessing on having the ideal rate of descent. Having the height call-outs has allowed me to be pretty much perfect on every landing. This is especially important in a IVPT because I try to be as ginger as possible on the gear (especially nose gear) and I really don't ever want to have less than a perfect landing if I can help it. The more soft landings I have, the far less maintenance I have to deal with :-). Thanks again for putting this together!
